Cursillo #28 Men's Weekend

Our first team meeting was absolutely awesome! the guidance of the Holy Spirit in the formation of the team and development of the entire weekend is quite evident. Our second team meeting is not far away. We have scheduled the meetings at just three weeks apart right up to the weekend. Please plan to be at each team meeting for a good three hours and bring any application that you have, We have many great rollos to critique.

The dates have now been set for the upcoming Men's Spring 2001 Cursillo. It's time to begin forming the team! Through the generosity of Fr. Vima and his parish, it will be held in McAlester, OK at St. John the Evangelist. I am honored to serve as team coordinator and very pleased that Larry Rubalcaba has agreed to be the Assistant Coordinator for the weekend. I can't think of a better individual to help assemble and guide this team.

If you would like to work the weekend and believe you can make the commitment, we are asking for your help. Please complete the Cursillo Team Volunteer Form and contact me by phone, mail or e-mail (whatever is easiest for you.) The weekend will be here before we realize it and I am excited about meeting together to form the team and build our community. Please pray for the formation of the Team and our Lord's guidance in your own personal call to work the weekend. I am hopeful that many new and veteran Cursillistas will respond.

I hope you all are thinking and praying about potential candidates. To "make a friend, be a friend, and bring a friend to Christ" often takes considerable time and effort.
